Yes, sometimes words get lost , their meaning is utterly irrelevant when it comes out of mouths that pay no heed whatsoever to basic humane principles.. I think actions say more.

Hi Yassy, the operation wasn’t successful on the right hand side of his sinuses so he needs further surgery on Tuesday.
